Sounds a lot like the type of Hard Dance that's popular in Belgium.

Oh, and there's a reason why someone mentioned KTU. Earlier in the decade the station was playing records like Derb "Derbus". Not surprisingly Derb is from Belgium, the country where a lot of this type of hard music is made.

I was waiting for something to happen, but all I kept hearing was that god awful beat...
