What an awesome tune, up until he tries to get inventive at about 4:15 and drops in after the breakdown on an off beat. The tune sounds utter shite from then on.
If someone knows him please give him a slap - had the potentil to be one of the most awesome tunes I've heard this year. But failed misreably.
Totally disappointed.

Well, I know him and I personally think this is a very good remix. I've played it out pretty extensively and it's rocked every dancefloor where it's been played - crowds love it.
Oh, and it doesn't "drop in after the breakdown on an off beat". Listen to it again and count the beats if you have to - it's not difficult.
the mix is awsome as is Static Blue - The guy is a genius when it comes to producing new tracks that tear up the floor - I hope there is more to come from him and soon....

I like everything from Ian Betts lately, his mix of 'State Of Becoming' is another example of his quality.

He's had a great year. Everything his label Six:Thirty has put out has been awesome. Virtually every track or remix he's done has also been very good - his remix of Elude: 'Purgatory' is up there in my top 3 tracks of the year.
Go away and count the beats. Let me know if you need any help. I know there isn't much in the way of drums during the break so I guess you might find it difficult but if you persist you should be OK.
