As for the ANNOUNCEMENT...

I am stoked to be able to announce that Dance 2 Da Beat __WILL__ occur and it will be at FOOTWORK.

As for the date of the event, I will be able to give you more on that in the new couple of months.

So what is it I am announcing?

Good question.

What I can give you is some DETAILS about the event.

Dance 2 Da Beat 2 will feature the first ever...

DJ LETHAL LOTTERY

(huh?)

The DJ Lethal Lottery is this.

Eight DJs will enroll in the lottery, a random drawing prior to the event will determine which DJs spin against who.

It will be DJ vs DJ all night long!

However, you won't know WHICH battles or WHICH time slots DJs will be at.

Over the next few weeks and months, I will be announcing more entries into the Lethal Lottery... but for now, let's opening up the DJ lottery by announcing the first DJ in the lottery.

This DJ is one of Toronto's mainstays... his outstanding remix of Carlo Lio's EVERYBODY was dropped by a realitively unknown DJ (YEA RIGHT, CARL FAWKIN' COX) on a magical wednesday night at TIL.

The first DJ enrolled in the DJ LETHAL LOTTERY at DANCE 2 DA BEAT 2...
