Am i hearing things or is it common for trakcs on vinyl to change pitch as you reach the end of them? Basically a pitch increase...

I've gotta say, as much as I love my 1200's, they sometimes piss me off after playing on CDJ-1000's for the last year and a half. Riding the pitch gets old, I like locking my beats, thank you very much
And these days, everyone expects perfection. With everyone using CDJ's if not Ableton, beatmatching is (or should be) nearly always perfect or pretty damn close. A lot of people don't realize how difficult it is to get that same accuracy with spinning pieces of plastic and a needle dragging over it

Yeah, see that is why I love vinyl. The challenge and having to stay on top of the mix. It's a skill, ya know? Its why I found going to cd's extremely easy, well... because they are noob.
