You might want to look up the definition of the word parodie, and to also know some music history.
This song cleverly rips on 50 Cent. Whats cool is that even though it's a whiny Rock song, lyrically its a Hip Hop diss record. Ever heard 2 Pac's "Hit Em Up", where Pac calls out the Notorious B.I.G.? Or what about Dr Dre's "Dre Day", which is a diss on guys like Eazy E?
What about the Eminem track where he disses everyone from Christina Aguilera to Moby?
Or Frank Zappa's "Bobby Brown Goin Down"?
Even the music is a rip on other Rock songs. The whoahooooa singing part is easily ripped from Collective Soul's "Shine", a hit back in 1994.
