Ya, I've seen this guy at the last couple Destiny parties I went too, though I didn't see him dancing w/any koosh balls. One time was halloween, but the second time I noticed he was wearing a similar outfit, which then put him in the 'odd fellow' category, with those black granny sandles he was wearing. Oh well- to each his own.
