SO im trying to burn on a CD an MP3 file so that the set is split up in tracks and its not just one huge 1 h song. I have the .CUE sheet for the set, now, what im trying to figure out is if i can do so without splitting up the set into sepparate MP3s before hand and then burning it...but doing it all in one step ... as in load the .CUE sheet and the MP3 file all at once and burn it on the CD straight up. If anyone knows of any software that can do that ... would greatly appreaciate it if you'd care to share. Thanks!

Not sure what you're asking, but if you're talking about burning from a playlist (a cue is something completely different), then all you have to do is open your media player and use the "burn-at-once" option. If you're talking about splitting a single track mix into several tracks it's a different process. I use Nero 7 Enterprise Edition. On Nero all you do is edit the properties of the single playlist and enter tickmarks to separate it into several tracks. Nero (by default) puts a 2 second split between tracks. You can go into the divided tracks properties to eliminate that gap. Then burn like you would any other cd. Before you close the playlist, it will ask you if you want to save it. Go ahead and save it. If you want to record that same set to cd again, just open in up and burn.

I tried that, it didn't work, i think Nero needs the .BIN extension in order for the .CUE sheet to work ... i tried EAC (exact audio copy) k) just yesterday and it seems to be working just fine. Anyway thanks for you input everyone.
