Not sure what you're asking, but if you're talking about burning from a playlist (a cue is something completely different), then all you have to do is open your media player and use the "burn-at-once" option. If you're talking about splitting a single track mix into several tracks it's a different process. I use Nero 7 Enterprise Edition. On Nero all you do is edit the properties of the single playlist and enter tickmarks to separate it into several tracks. Nero (by default) puts a 2 second split between tracks. You can go into the divided tracks properties to eliminate that gap. Then burn like you would any other cd. Before you close the playlist, it will ask you if you want to save it. Go ahead and save it. If you want to record that same set to cd again, just open in up and burn.
