Categorizing Confusions

Ive noticed that a lot of new music crosses over different EDM genres. Is there one song that can be labeled for each genre. My problem is that I listen to a majority of Trance & Progressive and hear new and interesting songs and can't figure out what they fall into. Pretty much what I hear on ASOT each week and Gareth Emerys Podcast. What genre do songs like these fall into?

Marcel Woods - Yelling at the Neighbors
CSI - Direct Dizko(SVD Rmx)
Ferry Corseten - Junk
etc..

There is a very easy solution for your categorizing problem: DON'T CATEGORIZE everything but be happy listening to the music you like whether it is polka or tech house.

I don't try to only stay to one type but sometimes I'm in the mood for some uplifting trance and other times I'm in the mood for dirty stuff. It was really just kind of curiosity. Like what is an example of a song that falls into Tech House. Although I have been listening to all types of EDM for about 8 years I'm still just a newbie trying to learn my way.

If you think yourself as a n00b, go check Ishkur's guide to electronic music. There are samples of about 180 or so genres if i remember right. Just don't take all the descriptions and explanations there too seriously.
