personally I love to help people out in anyway I can when it gets to production. It took me a long time to learn what I learned. no one was there to help me out when I first started so I just had to kind of play with everything and try to understand what they are and how they work by trial and error method and spent many hours on the midi keyboard everyday.
I think this site is amazing when it comes to learning the technical aspect of things and people are very friendly and willing to help but I noticed sometimes people are being mean and bash each other for no reason. Although sometimes the question which are being asked are pretty stupid in our view, if you think back of your starting days I’m sure you didn’t know everything right of the bet..I think sometimes people feel if they help others they help them jump track a situation that took them weeks to solve/learn by themselves and think the person who's asking the question is trying to take the easy way out by asking it on here..
No matter what people think we’re are all noobs in one way or another because if we weren’t our tracks would’ve been on the top five most downloaded tracks and our names would’ve been on the top five dj’s list..no one can ever say they know everything that there is to know about production…
I just felt like that needed to be said..no offense to anyone. Cheers and thanx for all the help.

I personally still don"t know allot here, buw when i'm super good like many here i might take their place and help the other people who joined TA after me and still dont know allot. We tell people here " Do not go to EDM courses or skools" cauz there are many people here who help and are ready to help. I hope one day I could be able to help others and support them like I was helped and supported by every user I asked about something in this forum
Cheers

I'm in no position to help people at the minute as i am a noob myself but 99% of the people on this board are really helpful.. I think it's easy as a noob to ask a 'stupid' question and get a verbal bashing but people have to understand that what may be the easiest thing in the world for you experienced producers seems impossible to us noobs.. yes we can put the research in ourselves and use trial and error but then, in that case, what's this section of the message board here for?
In the end, i'm always grateful of the help i get on here and even though i've asked some dumb questions i've not yet been shouted at lol

I try to help out as much as I can, although I'm still a noob myself.
I don't think that should stop you from helping out, as long as you don't give bad advice of course.

Bruce Lee said that teaching actually helps you learn because it makes you simplify concepts. I definately agree with this.

I like helping others as long as they display some level of effort. Otherwise I prefer to just be a smartass.

I don¨t see a point in threads like this ('cept maybe upsetting some of the older members)...also I like to help ... but I'm not gonna help to someone who's asking stupid questions over and over again...it helps them more...because they will hopefully realize that producing just isn't for them
#1) this is a public forum therefore if you don't like what you read by all means close the page..
#2) its pretty stupid to say don't ask a certain question cuz it will upset the older memebrs..This is a place where people come to ask questions (noobs or not)
#3) its not up to me or you to say who has what it takes to make it or not..70% of the well known producers started producing randomly like the noobs on here

if someone asks a totally dumb question like...what's the piano roll for...etc...and trust me these were asked...!!! then the producing is not really the right thing for them to do...
this thread of yours doesn't seem to me like a question but more like a provocation aimed at some people who aren't really helpful to noobs.
this is a public forum...thefore I can finally say "GTFO" or whatever the kids say these days...
