Review - Roger Sanchez at Tribe

6 hr set my ass!!!

I love how the promoters were saying, BE THERE AT 9 OTHERWISE YOU'LL MISS OUT!!!

what a bunch of crap. We showed up at 9:30 and were literally the FIRST PEOPLE IN THE CLUB.

besides that it was ok, nothing spectacular. Besides the diamond encrusted earphones, I really wasn't that blown away... left early.

bedtime

He played from 23h30 to 3h I guess (left at 2h55 ). Quite packed club, not too much room to dance, but still it was not too bad... the set was ok, but I prefered the Release Yourself set at Medley last year; yesterday was a bit harder sound...

Bling bling, I would be damn ashamed to wear those after knowing how many people died because of diamonds. Hopefully they are not real.

And depending on if you live at CFB Kingston your cost of living is probably very low as well, but even if you weren't cost of living in Kingston isn't that bad. Its only $30 which is cheaper than most nights at Stereo. Most of us on here who post about Stereo have put out probably hundreds and hundreds of dollars clubbing there just this year alone, and have never really complained for the most part. I know I sure as hell have.

Had a good time too. Got there at like 10:45. I was bumping as soon as I walked in. Roger came out like gang-busters throwing bomb after bomb in the 1st half of his set. He tailed off there after. He looked like a rock star behind the decks. He managed to sign a record from someone on the dancefloor before he layed down his 1st track. Nyan Narine did a good job opening for Sanchez.
