The first one seems like some kind of remix of an Earth, Wind & Fire song and the other one is mixed right after that one. It's very housey.

OK, I found the first one and it turns out it's some kind of Fatboy Slim Remix it's called September - The Joker (ATFC's Aces High Remix).
