Bass Case for FL Studio...

Does anyone here use this sample disc? Is it any good?

I've been playing around with the bass samples that come with FL Studio and frankly I'm a little dissappointed, so I thought maybe I'd give this sample disc a try, does anyone have any information they'd like to share about it?

Also, does anyone have any other sample discs or downloads they use with FL Studio that they highly recommend?

Right now I'm writing a piece with an oscillated rolling bassline similiar to the one in the song Icarus from Flutlight (2001) (I can include a sample later if necessary) and I can't seem to get very close with the samples included with FL Studio, they just don't have that nice full, roundness to them if you know what I mean.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Samples are generally dissapointing because you can't... shall we say... use the original machines filter settings to adjust them to your track.

For a digi-rolling bassline... why not use the 3xOSC... sometimes you can make interesting stuff with it.

Don't use samples. Make your own basses.

This is pretty much the best thing to do, yeah. 3xOSC as B_man suggested is really good for basses Use it all the time myself.
