Exclamation Michael Angelo & Jim ‘Ocean Blue’ (John Wright Remix) [192 Sample]

Here’s a short sample of the new Michael Angelo & Jim track ‘Ocean Blue’ I’m working on. I’m pretty much 100% with it now apart from some minor adjustments, but any feedback and opinions are most welcome.

In creating the remix, I’ve used the best parts of ‘Helix’, the best parts of my Tenth Planet ‘Ghosts’ remix plus the fantastic melody of the original mix with a few subtle changes . . . Hope you enjoy!

i think it sounds great with the exception of that high pitched lead. it just throws me off. other than that i think its a good track with just that lead needing to come down an octave or something.

hope to hear it in full soon

Sounds very promising! But yeah, I guess the high lead would sounds better a bit down. Really nice pads! Keep working!

New sample uploaded with a sharper kick and re-balanced leads. See what you think!

Fixed!

Maybe the 192k sample - I've had it on as many sound systems as I can get my hands on so I'm sure the wav is just about as polished up as it can be.

I've really enjoyed this one! Thanks for listening!
