honestly, they must have done alot of digging to find those gem samples
i read somewhere that the father of one of the daft punk dudes was a big disco DJ, so they probably just raided their dad's collection and bought a sampler...
in any case, they did a helluva job marketing themselves... they know the business and how it works.

im disapointed by this...
i mean yeah they sampled unknown stuff, to US, and they did a fantastic marketing job...
but nevertheless, i thought they were doing those KILLER lines from scratch...
props to those funk guys especially release the beast wooooww
sampling is common every dj/producers samples regardless where it came from recycling loops and samples is how most of this industry works its just how you do it is what counts
