Beatport won't accept my credit card, even though the information is definitely correct and I definitely have enough money. I emailed them Wednesday and still haven't heard anything. Anyone else having trouble?

double check the billing address and security code. I haven't had any problems but they sent out an email a while back saying to double check all info on there cause of new security measures.

yea re-enter your info and update it...if it still doesn't work, make sure u haven't logged in on another computer. Clear cookies and try again. I had to clear the cookies out to get mine working again.

people are always having trouble with beatport.

After making my purchase, and going into my download library - I click on the download icon and it prompts the following message:

Anyone else having this happen? I've been using Beatport for over a year and purchased over 600 tracks during that time, and never have I had any problems (other than minor).

Yeah this happened to me when I tried to order on my desktop pc. Then I went to my laptop and it worked fine. fucking beatport, its like crack.

anyone else having problems playing the samples on firefox? they just skip or stop playing on my firefox. i gotta use opera to listen to the samples, but opera has some gay alert every time i click anywhere on the site!

I've never encountered problems playing the samples with firefox. Do you have the latest Flash version installed? or perhaps your internet connection can't keep up with the streaming of samples (unlikely :P)

i have everything like it should be. and they do work just fine with opera just not with firefox. i really dunno what's the problem.
