How does it taste ? Supposedly a mix of cream + whiskey + chocolate + vanilla Haven't tried this before, but would love to try. Is it easily available in common liquor stores ? How much does it cost ?

Tis lush, and tastes like cream and whiskey, but sweeter than you'd expect. I guess a bit of a hint of vanilla, but deffo no chocolate.

Tastes like melted ice cream. Which can be good when mixed with real ice cream

It's also decent with coffee.
And Bailey's Irish Cream is like 15-20 bucks a bottle, not 50.

does anyone know of slightly less expensive alternatives available in the US ? From the look of it, the bottle costs in excess of $ 50.
i guess you could try godiva liquer or starbucks liquer, not by any means irish cream but it's the same creamy consistency, just different flavored. i think you can get a little bottle of irish cream for cheap though. if you've ever had irish cream flavored candy it tastes like that.
