Thought this might interest some people, Elucidate (of Deep in Vocal Euphoria) have had a chance to interview a fantastic Swedish Producer, Matias Lehtola.

Your track “Burning Bright” has done very well; can you give us some background on the track? ML: To make a long story short. I wrote all the chords and melodies about 2,5 years ago on the flight back home from Finland but I didn't start working on it until early 2006 - January. I wanted to make a track that sounded interesting from the first second till the last beat. And make something that I'm good at - to write emotional melodies. I really worked hard with all the small details and tweaks so I really hope that people enjoyed Burning Bright as much as I did making it! The first version was finished in late February when Mike heard it for the first time. And after speaking about 1 hour in the phone it ended up with an artist contract and a single release in the mid-summer. But I still owe Mike bigtime for giving me the inspiration to start working with electronic music again. And all the time he has spent on Burning Bright to make the release possible. To actually see people still playing "Burning Bright" and get the massive reaction every single time is actually what keeps me going. To make people happy - that is what I do.

I've never had the chance to talk with Matias, but he seems like an incredibly laid back guy who just loves music and loves making his audience feel the emotions in his music. Hope you enjoy the Interview!
