go to coronado island for a site to see. its a nice place.
as for Belo, its a fun place but the crowd can be hit or miss. get on a list if ya can. drinks are relatively cheap. $9 for premiums. there is a hip hop room so there are some different people there. also its got a sushi bar so if ya wanted to eat you could. have yet to eat there so i dont know how good it is. the rooms are kinda small but not too small. the sound can be good depending on if the eq was done right. overall its a fun place.
talk to Zombie0729 on here. he can get ya on a list.

Welcome to San Diego, you will LOVE the city. (That, is if our weather clears up) As far as Belo, it is really a nice place, I love the setup, and vibe.
Have a kick-ass weekend and welcome to SD!

cool welcome! another big weekend here as most of hte other guys pointed out. anyways, send me names by 2pm friday and i'll put you guys on the discount list. $10 before 10 and $15 before 11pm.
sound system is quite nice, lighting is upgraded (and still being upgraded) and the crowd is usually spot on. If the crowd sticks around we go until 4a.m. if it thins out below 50 people they usually cut it early.
as for sight seeing... coronado was a great recomendation, also Altitude is a really cool rooftop bar for some drinks during the day and go rent some bikes on saturday in Pacific Beach. That's a lot of fun too~!
be sure to say hi - Anthony

Renting a car is probably best depending on where you're staying. The Trolly can be convenient, but doesn't go to the beaches and stop service at 1-2am which is not convenient for clubbing.
4 Strings is at On Broadway on Saturday I believe. On B-way is around the corner from Belo on 6th and Broadway. It's a big club with a large trance/house room, a hip hop, a top 40, a 80's and a live music room. It can be fun. Dress code for Belo and OB: "Chic" -Nice shoes, no slob top for guys - girls pretty much whatever, from what I notice
I saw Deslyn had a guest list for the 3rd. I'm sure she'd be down to help out some fellow TA's from out of town.
I've gotta have a low-key weekend at some point, but Hope you have fun!
