Get some software controller like the Hercules DJ Console or look into Traktor and some type of MIDI control interface, until you can afford something that will last. Those CD players aren't going to last you, you'll sell them in a few years. Your best bet is to see if you even enjoy it and if you can get the basics of mixing down, then get those. Better yet, get some inexpensive TTs like Stanton's ST-80s, which go for about $250 each, about the same price or less than those CD players you have listed. So two of those would be $500 (dunno exactly how much in your country) and the mixer would be I am guessing another $250 so $750, and then look into Serato or M-Audio's Torque and you're talking rough $1,000. Other-wise, you can save another $200 or so and get two CDJ 200s and a DJM 400, the perfect set up IMO.

Yikes... Agiprodj.com has CDJ-200's on clearance for $309 USD (235 euros). 400 euros is insane!
I would really look around if you can... it's really worth stepping up one level to better decks. Even if you have to skimp on the mixer for now.

You could buy m-audio torq, and get a midi controller (like an xsession pro?)
and when you get cd decks, you'd still be able to use it.
