Saw him along with Steve Vai and Joe Petrucci (of Dream Theater) at G3, kinda a blow away experience save for the fact that we were all seated. Seen Satriani and Vai the last couple of times they've been here. Mike Pourtnoy (spelling), the drummer from Dream Theater is also amazing. One of the highlights of G3 was seeing Satriani play his guitar using his teeth. ROFL.

don't mind satriani....steve Vai is amazing, well I love whitesnake and he featured on Slip of the tongue which is on the list of my all time top 10 best cd's.....

You may not have also known that he wrote a tune for the game Halo2 titled: Halo 2 Theme (Mjolnir Mix) I believe it was on the halo2 soundtrack cd...

hahaha. only an EDM site would ever have someone saying "ever heard of him" of satriani yeah, used to have a CD of his back in the early 90s. not too bad, but not heavy enough for my tastes.
