Dunno M, Schulz Global Dj Broadcast > ASOT ?

Does anybody think that Global DJ Broadcast is better than ASOT? The tracks are way more chill and soothing, and dance'ble! Today I was listening to ASOT and was getting a headache. Although, AVB is my #1 niqqa he should put more prog into his show and have a guestmix as well.

haha... i was having a discussion about this. one of my friends LOVES LOVES LOVES AVB and ASOT. i on the other hand love markus schulz and GDJB.

it's not that i don't like avb, he gets my repsect but i like markus's style a lot more than avb (not to say i don't like avb, i just don't listen to him as much). i personally feel markus's style is a little more unique and more something i would listen to, but that's just me.

He used to be a lot more unique.

Uh how can something both be more chill and soothing yet more danceable? I would think something more energetic like on ASOT would be more danceable than something chill and soothing. Sure a track can be both soothing and danceable, but that statement still doesn't make sense.

I think it does. The asot type trance is not slow and funky, and it's not fast and banging enough to get you going purely on drive either. It's a something in between, i would like to use words like stiff and rigid to describe it, not very danceable. I could not imagine myself dancing in a spontaneous manner to asot, then there are of course exeption at the level of single tunes.

Hmm. It's like choosing between a slowed down Armin or a sped up Markus.

Olivers Aromatherapy and Johns Global Trance Grooves are both infinitely better than either of these.
