i sure did! sorry for the delay in responding but i've just been trying to sort my time between work, TA, and shopping for tunes all week.
anyway i threw the mix on 2 days ago and totally zoned out to it while i was kicking ass at work... overall i really enjoyed it, and for it being your first mix posted up on TA i think you did a great job! i don't listen to much "electro"-house anymore (in fact its been a while so this set sounded pretty fresh to me) but i was diggin many of the tunes, with the exception of a few vocals that i didn't really care for, but they didn't disturb the mix too much. i did take a few notes while i was listening to it, so here ya go...
the tune playing at 12min is fucking great, i'm assuming it's that Acquaviva & Weber tune but i didn't have the tracklist up while i was listening to it so i'm not totally sure.
the mix at 36min could be better. i'm not sure exactly what it was that i didn't like about it. i couldn't tell if it went offbeat for a bit or if it just needed to be EQed differently. not a big deal, but it was just something i noticed.
and finally... the mix into Frankfurt was the only thing i disliked about the mix. it totally dies down and kind of kills the energy. i think if it was mixed earlier it would have sounded better. Frankfurt is just one of those tunes with a super long intro and awesome build-up which you can do some really crazy long mixes with, as long as its harmonically compatible with the song you're mixing out of. i'm not sure if that would have worked with the Max G remix of To Be Given, so imo it felt a little forced. i think if you used another tune between those 2 tracks, it may have worked better.
my only other complaint is that the mix was too short. heh but like i said, overall i really enjoyed it, so it's going on my iPod and will get at least a few more listens from me! i like listening to sets in my car much better than at work, and i think this one will be good for listening to in the car... nice and energetic.

No problem, I understand. Wasn't trying to nag.

Thanks!! I'm still pretty new to this so I definitely appreciate the in-depth notes.

That would be

Duely noted. I used a loop to mix into the incoming track, perhaps I let it go on too long and you noticed and that's what bugs you about it?

Noted as well. It seemed like a good tune to exit the mix to, so I think I focused more on it being the "out" track rather than what the previous one would mix into. I'll be more careful next time.

Hehe. I didn't want to make it too long being as it was my first posted mix. I figured I'd have more chance of it getting picked up and listened to by people if it wasn't terribly long since they didn't know what to expect. Hopefully I'll get a few listens and I'll be able to get away with posting some longer sets.
Anyways, thanks again for the review, I really appreciate you taking the time to do that.
