hey can some explain, some stuff about registering reason to me.

first off, i understand that you can only register it to one computer?. the computer i use for music isn't hooked up to the internet. can i register on another computer thats has internet but not reason on it. i just wont to get refills. or if anyone knows were i could get download some good refills that would be great. thanks guys
