What's happening with these guys nowadays? I know they've gone their separate ways. Are they still DJ'ing? I was a big fan of their sound!!

Well, since Marco Guardia aka DJ Reverb left the EDM scene (he was involved in both projects) there's not much you hear from them. I know that DJ Natron still DJs as Flutlicht, but he's gone rather progressive and you don't really hear much from him. As for S.H.O.K.K. i don't really know what they are up to these days.

indeed too bad marco guardia decided to leave the scene totally. flutlicht and s.h.o.k.k. both had brilliant tracks. and i've never found anything quite similar.

On the plus side, at least they didn't hang around for too long and go shit, like the once decent Dumonde.
Sorry to go off topic. It is my thread after all! What's the story with Dumonde? They don't seem to DJ that much thesedays? Last set i heard from them was @ the Docks, Toronto NYE 2005. That was a superb set!

I still listen to there stuff a lot. There were one of the best and most consistent producers of hard trance. I heard that Claudio no longer djs under S.H.O.K.K.
Unfortunately the German hard trance scene has almost completely disappeared and surely this has to do with producers like Marco Guardia quitting the scene and other producers, like the mentioned Dumonde, changing their style without the same success. Only Cosmic Gate have hold a more or less important role in the trance scene, although I still miss their old productions.
I am lately trying to recover some of the oldest sets of Flutlicht, but is really not easy.

Yeah. Even Alphazone's new productions while still decent, don't have the same zing as they used to
