FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER, Groove Armada’s Andy Cato and Tom Findlay are completely taking over a club, DJing separately, across two rooms, in a night that is guaranteed to be absolute mayhem.
TOURING AUSTRALIA in advance of the release of their hotly anticipated album, Soundboy Rock, the Groove Armada DJs are stopping off at the Laundry for a very special performance.
On the night, Cato and Findlay will be playing across different rooms: in the first room, get ready for some Pack Up and Dance from Cato and in the second room Findlay will be delivering his own dynamic, funky sound, responsible for Sugardaddy. This is a rare opportunity for insight into the individual styles and tastes of the geniuses behind some of the most well known dance tracks in recent times.
CATO and FINDLAY are the duo behind many massive club records including, Superstylin’, Easy, and The Final Shakedown. Their music has received worldwide acclaim and Groove Armada are well loved by Australian audiences.
APPARENTLY THE FEELING IS MUTUAL. According to Findlay, “…we play in the States and have 10,000 Americans jumping up and down, play in Germany, same thing, Holland, same thing, Britain, electric, Australia, absolute mayhem…”.
THIS IS A NIGHT of guaranteed mayhem, genius and good old fashion club fun.
