I have this song stuck in my head, the part I remember most clearly is a woman singing something like "like an island in the sun.." then the beat catches in. When she sings the word "sun" I can say she drags it out a bit and is strongly emphisized...

I think it might be a verse in CJ Stone - Storm (Original Mix) that I'm thinking of... "my silence in the storm" sounds remarkably similar to "an island in the sun". It's hard to tell, some songs sound so similar. I think the one I'm thinking is from around 2003 though...
