ok i just bought the E-MU 1212M sound card and was wondering how i would go about connecting Creative I-Trigue L3800 speakers to it. is there any reason y it wouldnt work? would it just be a case of getting some rca converters? just want to make sure before i go and buy something that is useless to me lol!

does your hook up go something like this?

if so, get this cable:

plug the 1/4" TS jacks into the outs of the e-mu 1212m.

then just follow the instructions shown in the first link.

viola!

obviously you don't need to buy the cable from e-mu... you can get it at radio shack for a lot less.
