I have mixed a liveset in ableton, Is there any one who knows if ableton has the option to convert the wave file in to mp3??

Not happening ... your going to have to use something like Adobe Audition, Cool Edit Pro, Windows Media Player, iTunes, Etc. to convert it to MP3 .... Wich version of live do you have ?

i use ableton aswell and i use dBpowerAMP Music Converter to convert mine 2 mp3

Itunes + ableton is a great combination... I think you can even drag and drop out of itunes now and into ableton
The mp3 converter in itunes is nice and easy to use as well, the main issue you'll run into is converting to Wav to start with. It's gonna eat up a lot of disk space for a while, until you get it into mp3...

Say I set the out ceiling on the maximizer to -0.3. I render a track in .wav and nothing goes above -0.3. When I convert to mp3 (soundforge) I sometimes get clips at 0db. Why? How much headroom should one leave for the mp3 conversion?
