It's safe to say Global Underground, once the Must-Have DJ mix series above all else, has gone steadily downhill ever since it became the Deep Dish/Nick Warren show. Who knows if they'll ever regain the momentum they once had.
However, as that series suffocated on its own self-worth, a slew of new DJ mix series cropped up, all challenging for that glorious title of Must-Have DJ Mix Series. Which one do you think deserves that title though?
Does Fabric's consistency and eclecticism make it a strong contender?
Will the upstart Balance prove to have the durability to keep pushing underground darlings?
Could MoS: Sessions' give trend-jumping credibility?

I'll say Balance and I dig most of the Y4K's. Renaissance has some decent ones too, but many of them miss the boat for me.

That's not a DJ series though. It's a Tiesto series. I'm talking about a series that features many different DJs.

I think Balance has some credibility. I haven't listened to every balance release but those with which i am familiar I really like.

Balance series for sure, every installation features something new and fresh from DJs that aren't quite 'big time' yet.

He's not GU big time.
I'd say Balance and Fabric are my two favs, though the only fabric I've really listened to repeatedly was Digweed's.
Balance has had great releases by Desyn, Paolo Mojo, Van M etc...

Yeah. Saw him for the first time opening for Sasha & Digweed on NYE. He was on point. And that Balance comp is great.

Wow, that's a tough question.
Although a bit mainstream, I've been pumping some of the Ultra series in my car. My kids like the remixes of thier pop songs.
