Workout music

Well now that we've established that most of you folks exercise regularly, time to figure out what you folks listen to when you work out.
The CDs I'm bumping when I lift:
Trance nation America CD2
Trance Nation 4 CD1
anything hard house/hard dance

in the gym i work out in they always put crappy music
they have just a few good cds but they hardly play them
i bring with me a cd i burned full with great hits but they don't always want to play it cause there are many old people over there that complain (like i give a damn)

i work out to different stuff (weightlifting only, i run without music):
Hardcore/ Heavy metal will do nicely (Fear Factory owns that)

I used to listen to Incubus for like 2 months for all my workouts

i love some random trance/ techno stuff (most of the Club Sounds albums)

I love doing fast crunches to 'Plastic Voice - Los Ninos Del Parque' awesome track!

there is one thing i hate when working out:Hip Hop/ rap..
