Very annoying that they have this. You just have to purchase from another online vendor. Since they have your credit card information, it's not like you can pretend you're in Europe or something.

BP determines your territory by your IP address, not your credit card.

LOL, I have a copy of that from like .. however many years ago. You can have it for nothing.
