I have trolled these boards for a couple years and listened to all your suggestions on what is good trance and what is not. I dont do clubs and never did partys (gg 90's) but I love trance and cant get enough of the mixes that I like. This is one of the songs I dig (White). Its cool, intelligent and smooth and if you disagree i dont care so dont waste your time bashing. I recently picked up Ferry's Netherlands CD and I love the 1st disc. Im not a die hard addict however, I mainly listen to trance and have never liked any other type of music. I dig the synths in trance such as AVB's Armind Project (Interstate, Remember Me 4:06) AWESOME!!! Could you please let me know where else I could find some music like this?
P.S. Not a big fan of AVB but if you have some suggestions......

Why would you consider this cheese? Not bashing your opinion just curious. The basis of trance music is to provide an emotion (well all music) and this track certainly moves me. There is so much production of trance that is dark and somewhat demonic and it blows me away that if people "enjoy" that trash. It brings me down. White and songs like it make me think of momentous moments in my life such as, the birth of my daughter, my spouse, the sunrise etc. Ok I need a break. lol

the reason why I didn't like black is because it sounds like Smith & Pledger tried to make a harder amost tech trance sort of song and I don't think it sounded very good at all, although I still think the darker version of the melody sounds good. White is more typical of their style i think, in fact i think its better than most of their other stuff.
Black is much much better than White. There's more energy than in White and it isn't built around melody like White do IMO.

My thought exactly. LOVELY TUNE!
I am looking for music that is more like this. Just b/c it isnt some deep dark tunnel trance. 1:10 on is friggin brilliance (my opinion) I love it and would eat it with a fork if I could. To me it sounds like Bach or Mozart lol. It moves me. I dont understand why many others dont feel the same way.
