Okay so I’m one of those people who hate traditional breakfast, like cereal or bacon and eggs just don't appeal to me ... don't even get me started on people who go to McDonalds 1st think in the morning (barfff) so usually I just have a Ham and Swiss sandwich and a green tea .... What’s your breakfast tradition??

Cheese omlette with wheat toast, eggs over easy with some form of meat and toast, or cereal.

1 cup of oats, 10 egg whites.

its usually time for lunch when i wake up :s

I used to go through about 56 eggs a week. Egg whites tho so its all good.
