Can you help me out on one of these problems

A specific website name that allows you to purchase CEO/ Company email addresses for a small fee? Have tried Googling but too many to count

I save draft letters in my email and used to be able to add a recipient, send, and the draft would remain in its folder. It has now stopped doing that on my Yahoo email account, I now opened a Google mail account to try there - no change. the tech guys at yahoo keep replying with automated messages saying just keep trying!

ps it stopped allowing my mortal kombat sig that i get from my photobucket, now its warning me, its not my fault
