Looking for any DJ's advice on mixability of this song.. or any ideas/comments, especially looking for dj feedback of the end of the song, is it decently mixable or not?

Also producers all production/mixing critique is welcome. Sorry for 96kbps... but i don't want anyone spinning this yet.. just imagine it with more high end :P

And can anyone recommend some labels that would be into something like this?

Hey mate, can't help a huge amount since i dont listen to much tech trance, but thort i'd bump ya and let you kno i like this track, sounds cool! Also, about the mixability, it sounds like it should be alright (dont have my decks with me atm so cant test with anything), but why not just download acid or a demo of ableton just to check it out? with a couple of similar tracks?

Alex

nice intro
nice at 4.23, love that synth and the way u have used it
it seems like the sorta track that would be a bitch to mix though with no kicks at the end and the bassline fades in then back out
maybe a kick with that simple synth u use from the start would be more dj friendly

my idea was since its so common for tracks to have kick break downs i thought it would be cool to have a bass solo at the end so ppl could mix kick breaks from other tracks with it, but i see how the bass fading would make it hard

Not really what I would call Tech Trance but a nice track none the less. This fits the Techno label much better. For it to be Tech Trance you are kind of looking in the region of around 137 BPM, it definately has a sounds that I like although perhaps there isn't enough going on in the track for me to want to play it.

Good job though.

In terms of being able to DJ with it, sure there is plenty there so if anyone tells you that it's not they are either a crap DJ or have never DJayed before.

Nice work

Cheers
Nem

like the sound of the tune, and the overall feel of it.. To me it sounds more like progressive/tech-trance with psy element! very dark indeed.
