That demonstrates how much Micro$hit fears Linux power, flexibility and stability.
Yes it's ever mutating 'cause it's made by dedicated programmers and its own users for free (!) so it's always gettin better and better (for free).
Anyway it's better an ever mutating os than a never mutating os ...

WinME = Win98 with better gfx
Win2000 = WinME with better gfx
WinXP = Win2000 with better gfx
We're always using Win95 but, how many times we paid for it ? ... And how much ? ...
