Made in Brazil debuted in February to a packed crowd of more than 2,400 people at the Avalon Hollywood. It returns for the second of its four quarterly shows on May 12 to present the innovative and exciting Brazilian trio LIFE IS A LOOP.
Heralding from the south of Brazil, LIFE IS A LOOP is comprised of Fabrício Peçanha, DJ Leozinho and the Drumsinker Rodrigo Paciornik. Together they combine decks and CDJs with drums and percussion to make-up one of the most exciting electronic groups in the world today. From 2am -7am the LIFE IS A LOOP trio will treat Avaland’s club goers to something never before seen in North American clubs.
Funny, I was just going to post about the last one - if anyone had gone and would recommend this? I haven;t been to Avalon in a year and have some friends that have never been. I'll be going to Sultan at Vangaurd a few weeks later, so I'd like to check this out.. any kudos for these DJ's, or the last event?
I was thinking of going last time since the sets he had posted (Fabricio Pecanha) were pretty good but wavered too much and decided to be cheap and lazy, but since I will be done with school this tuesday I think a trip to Avalon this saturday and Vanguard next week for Hernan would be a good way to keep my month of May South American.

Someone told me that last time Made in Brazil was @ Avalon, the girls showed up in practically bikin's. If that's true, I don't think I wanna go.

Bikinis you say!!!! damn, well maybe its a good thing then i skipped the last made in brasil to stay home w/ my sick girlfriend, however she ain't sick this time so avalon here i come.
i also think im going since ill prob skip hernan due to the weak sounding songs i could sample at beatport from his new sequential, which is a shame since first one was absolute killer.

last time they were here... the vibe was reallllyyyy good...
well a lot better than previous nights at the venue...
and a really good performance (dj wise, dont know about the live thing)
