Sneaker Pimp What's the difference between techno and trance?

People keep calling my music techno and I tell them that it's trance. They ask me what's the difference and I'm like "uhhhh". Are their defined differences between them that I can tell people? Thanks.

Techno = LOUD AND BANDGIN
Trance = More of synths and b lines

Quickest way.....find these artists on whatever file sharing application

That is techno
LUke Slater @ LoveParade Berlin 2001
Jeff Mills @ Mayday 2001 (28 minutes)

Look for any of pvd's stuff or m.i.k.e or push.

ROFL....you are crazy...anyways find the small sets i posted.....that is techno and then trance artists. Honestly it takes long listening to spot the differences.
