Finally found a valid solution....
I've just set up my ftp server 4 sharing videos!!!
It's not always up... if I'm connected.....it's up!
Due to the dinamic IP, you can find the latest IP at this page:

You can download all the vids you want, BUT PLEASE, UPLOAD A VID OR AN URL.... PLEASE!!!!!!!!

If no upload... well..... the solition is to shut down my free service 4 you....

Should i limit the connections?

I know italian adsl 'cause i got one .
The total possible upstream for tin.it (that seems to be your isp) is 128k = 15/16 kb/s.
Due to the fact that we're talkin 'bout videos my advice is to permit no more than 2 connections.
That's my 2 cents anyway
