And this is how I nearly got my WoW acc scammed...
I've been vaguely thinking about selling off one of my acc's for a while, so I registered on a forum for buying/selling/trading accounts and posted an add last night. Got home tonight to find this in my inbox:

Greetings!
It has come to our attention that you are trying to sell/trade your personal World of Warcraft account.
As you may or may not be aware of, this conflicts with the EULA and Terms of Agreement.
If this proves to be true, your account can and will be disabled. It will be ongoing for further investigation by Blizzard employee's.
Blizzard might consider taking legal actions against your crime, if it seems too be of an extreme nature.
If you wish to not get your account suspended you should immediately verify your account.
This action is taken because we at Blizzard Entertainment takes these sales
quite serious. We need to confirm you are the original owner of the account.
This is easiest done by confirming your personal information along with concealed information about your account.
You can confirm that you are the original owner of the account by replying to this email with:
Use the following template below to verify your account and information via email.
* First and surname
* Address
* Zip code
* Phone number Daytime
* Country
* Account e-mail
* CD-key, alternative a photograph of your CD-key that is located on your manual for World of Warcraft.
* Account name
* Account password
* Secret Question and Answer
If you ignore this mail your account can and will be closed permanently.
We ask you to NOT change password until the investigation is fully completed.

At first I was like 'wtf, they found out somehow'. Hit panic mode, and started messaging the friend I originally got the acc off for SQ/A and CD-Key. It was only after he replied 10 minutes later that I realised that Blizzard had said that they NEVER request passwords in emails. So I checked the address it was from, and realised how close I'd come to getting scammed.
It's really quite ingenious, they get emails from people they KNOW are selling accounts, email them, person panics and perhaps doesn't check that the email is legit. Sends out details, thinking they've just averted a banning, and loses their acc.
Needless to say, I felt like a fucking tool after realising how close I'd come to getting scammed.
Watch out for this if you've been trading acc's.
Also received this other email a couple moments later, but it's so dumb I don't consider it a serious scam attempt:
