Not really, once they are put together you can't really undo it. It's kind of like trying to seperate wet paint and it's color. Search around online, most hip/hop/rap songs that get produced have singles that include just the a cappela and instrumentals, usually on vinyl

Hip Hop albums tend to have the dub version included.
