lol no...the article is about how the US had a huge conspiracy to commit domestic terrorism making it appear it was committed by cuba in an attempt to justify the invasion of cuba. this was back in the 60s. the whole point of the article though is to make clear that if our government can plot a conspiracy to to commit domestic terrorism in teh 60s then whats to say they arent more inclined to do it today with the current climate of the government today.
