No.
First, those businesses aren't going bankrupt because of a symbolic unilateral government embargo. Other countries stopped doing business with them a long time ago, which is part of the reason that China has swooped in to pick up the slack.
Second, no one, not even China, is willing to fight a war over Sudan. In fact, that's just the problem. There's very little stake in it for anyone, including the US.
