Drive Genius

Has anyone ever used the program Drive Genius? I got a copy of it so that I would be able to Defrag my HD on my Macbook. I am having some trouble getting it to allow me to do that. I have the disc image cd but it dosnt give me the option to defrag. Anything I am doing wrong?
