DJ MicroNYC

is one of the US's premiere dance music producer/DJ/remixers. With over thirteen years behind the turntables, Micro's ability to whip dance floors into a frenzy has made him a clubbing sensation. Starting out in the early nineties along side such East Coast luminaries as Frankie Bones, Adam X and Onionz, Micro helped to put the New York underground on the global dance map with his energetic fusion of styles; his live sets described by XLR8R as "unleashing a groove too thick to mention" and by URB as "spiced with rippling acid melodies and plenty of surging drumrolls."

Micro's thirst for new sounds and DIY ethic led him to form the seminal dance label Caffeine, which spawned the longtime East Coast clubbing institution of the same name, where, as resident and main man, Micro rocked capacity crowds week after week. As a natural progression from his success as a DJ, label owner and promoter, Micro began creating his own music. In 1994 he joined with Vicious Vic under the moniker Progression. The duo became overnight heroes in the international dance scene following the release of their massive debut single "Reach Further". They were soon commissioned to remix artists from Paradise 3001 and Joe T. Vanelli to Masters at Work, and the X Files theme.
Following on heels of Progression, Micro went on to produce a string of successive hits for respected dance labels Ministry of Sound, Strictly Rhythm, Nervous/Sorted, Adrenalin, Moonshine, and Black Sunshine. With Micro's visibility and reputation continuing to grow, he began performing at clubs and raves worldwide, including tours of the US, Japan, England, Canada and Brazil.

In addition to his original productions and remixes, Micro has released some of the biggest selling mix CD compilations in America, including: 'Coast to Coast', 'Micro Tech Mix', 'Micro Tech Mix version 2.0', 'Techmix 2000', 'djmixed.com/micro', 'Techmix Live', 'Music Through Me', and 'My Frequency 001'.
There is no simple way to sum up a dance music phenomenon such as DJ Micro: the acclaimed DJ, remixer, producer, and label founder never fails to conjure an ecstatic night of pumping progressive sounds wherever he performs. With his storied past and bright future, DJ Micro continues to elevate his place in the world American club culture. And the release of 'Out through The input' takes Micro that much further towards the top!

Viro made his foray into music production at the age of 12. Armed with creative energy, he dove into making original electronic music and soon discovered the endless musical possibilities that came with it. Within two years of his production career’s commencement, his passion had already become apparent amongst his peers. Viro had taken all the energy a typical teenager might devote to frivolous trouble-making and invested it into developing his own studio at home. By the age of 15, the young artist had completed over 200 breaks, jungle, trance and hip-hop tracks. Hence his music “vitae” was already evolving into an impressive record of talent and accomplishments.

Viro's first big break came one year later when, at age 16, he won the national “No Tears Remix Contest” sponsored by the former record label Funkwax Records. He gained exposure, plus invaluable contacts with many of the same DJs and producers he admired and played.

From 2001 to 2003, Viro racked up more than just contacts and credibility. He put out 15 vinyl releases, received radio play across the United States and developed a diverse and multi-national fan base. Likewise, electronic music fans and DJs alike recognized him as an engaging performer from shows he played and his popularity continued to grow. Popular mandate in hand, Viro entered 2004 ready for new innovation. He started experimenting with new sounds and concepts and began incorporating live instruments into his productions. This trend continues with fervor, pumping out a fresh and edgy sound.

Now in 2006 and at 21 years old, Viro is quickly becoming one of the most sought-after and cutting-edge producers in the domestic market. With 34 vinyl releases, 2 CDs produced and released (Clean Slate, Viro; and Here and Now, JennaVive), not to mention countless digital releases off his own label, Nulogic Records (www.nulogicrecords.com), this young producer has established himself as a force to be reckoned with.

Rob Analyze, a Georgia native raised in Florida, has a profound love for electronic dance music. At the age of 23 he has 6 Vinyl Releases, 1 CD, and more on the way in 2007! Producing a unique style of Breaks with his Production Partner "Viro" He turns up the bass, gives people a GRUNGY sound and shows his scratching skills in live sets! A strong year ahead sees Rob Analyze releasing records with Hard Target, MOB Records, ILS, a new CD with Klay Roche, and a second cd in the year with "Viro". Stay tuned, it's only getting started!
