Help Needed for Travelling DJ...
Hi everyone,
Im wondering if any of you could help me out a bit. Myself and my gf are going on a trip around the world this Saturday and as I DJ here in Ireland, I am looking to maybe get a few gigs in the countries I am travelling to.
I posted a thread on this a few months back but went off the idea of having to carry my CDs around with me...but with the holiday so close now, I have really got the urge back to do it! I just think that being able to DJ in some destinations which I may never get to visit again would be an unforgetable experience.
I have being trying to get as much info on the club scene in each country I am visiting to try and get in contact with suitable clubs in which to try and get a DJing slot but Im finding it very difficult to find the info I need.
My style is mainly based around all forms of house music i.e. progressive, tech, deep & funky house, although I do also incorporate bits of progressive trance, techno & minimal. For more infor on me or to download some promo sets, go to www.myspace.com/paulcourtney

- Thailand (Bangkok) June 23 - June 26
- Thailand (Koh Samui) June 26 - July 18
- Thailand (Bangkok) July 18 - July 21
- Indonesia (Bali) July 21 - July 30
- Australia (Brisbane) June 31 - Aug 8
- Australia (Cairns) Aug 8 - Aug 16
- Australia (Sydney) Aug 16 - Aug 25
- New Zealand (Auckland) Aug 25 - Sept 1
- Fiji (Nadi) Sept 1 - Sept 8
- Cook Islands (Rarotonga) Sept 8 -Sept 15
- Los Angeles Sept 15 - Sept 19
So if anyone could give me a link to a club/promoter/DJ etc. who might be able to sort me out with a slot (whether it be a warm up slot, 30 min cameo appearence or whatever!), please give me a shout. Or even better, if someone here could sort me out, Id be really grateful. Obvioulsy the EDM scene isnt as widespread in some countries as in others but all info is welcomed with open arms.
