Dubfire Launches Sci + Tec Digital Audio
SCI + TEC Digital Audio is the new digital label launched by Deep Dish's Ali Dubfire. The label was Initially formed as the exclusive outlet for Dubfire's solo productions, however it has just been announced that it will also incorporate releases from some of his favourite artists that he comes into contact with as he travels around the globe on deck duty.
With plans of monthly digital releases as well as a number of new productions in his arsenal, Dubfire aims to establish SCI + TEC as a label dedicated to consistent quality and acclaim. The track Roadkill will form the first release on SCI + TEC. After receiving considerable attention at this year's Winter Music Conference in Miami, the tune is begin hammered by Pete Tong on the radio and all the top jocks, and is another one of those genre-crushing tracks and will be a strong debut release for the label.
Ali said of the new venture: "SCI + TEC was launched to reflect my core sound and the discovery of emerging and established talent. The label is a true labour of love and a deeply personal new venture for me at this stage in my evolution and I sincerely hope that you will be moved, literally and figuratively by it's output."
Keep an eye on the label over the summer for some quality releases from Ali himself, and some hand-picked material from other artists.
