I've never tried acid before, not saying I never will, but I'm not sure I ever would because doing that heavy a drug just sort of scares me. It also entices me, however.

I've heard awesome stories, and scary ones.

I have friends who tried it. Some have never been the same since they did. They get flashbacks etc... And some say it was the most amazing experience and they'd do it again in a heartbeat.


Who has tried it? And what was your experience like?

I've done it more times than I can remember. It was the first drug I ever did, and the only drug I did for years.

All of my experiences were awesome...even the couple "bad" trips I had. Judging from other people's bad trip stories, mine weren't really bad at all.

Anyway, my best advice is: you better be secure of emotion and mind and self before you do it...or else you're doomed to have a shit trip.

its not the most amazing experience of my life.. it didnt suck. tried it 4 different times, doubt ill do it again since its a waste of a whole fucking day. a waste as in "i think im too old to be fucking around with drugs for 12 hours"......

Bear in mind though, you can read and read and read about acid, but if you decide to take it, in all probability you personal experience will be completely different to most others. It's that kinda drug.

However, if you're in a good frame of mind, with good friends, and have a good (safe feeling) tripping environment, I say you should go for it. It's just an amazing experience.
