im looking for a program that can convert for example a 100 pictures at a time to .jpeg quality..

i got a bunch of pictures i want to post but they are like 1mb each..

Download IrfanView image editing software --- > http://www.irfanview.com/main_download_engl.htm

Install, open and go to File --> Batch Conversion/Rename

From that point on, it is self explanatory.
