EDIT; PARTY UPDATE: As we start our 2nd month at Vision with the Emersion party we would like to say thanks to all of you who have supported Thursday night debauchery, both our friends who have woken up hungover on friday mornings & the tremendous DJs who have spun some amazing sets. The party is going to grow on a weekly basis in the next coming months as we are set to continue the local flavor of Emersion and also bring in some special out of town guests. DIGIT would like to offer our thanks for making this party such a success by buying your first drink this Thursday for anyone there before 10:30. Just talk to Andy or Omar wheb you get there. Thanks everyone!
Our music to start off the first week of a dynamite July roster features a showcase of great local talent, with Tony Estrada, who many of you know from fiberlineaudio.com and from the many sets he's played in Chicago since moving here from New Orleans. Also we welcome Rocky Jones of WNUR radio's Streetbeat, who just rocked the Vision Penthouse on Saturday, along with Synapse, a former resident at Four & Narcisse, We also welcome two newcomers to the Chicago scene, Dusty Lips, a talented DJ who recently moved here after holding several residencies in Washington, D.C., and Cleiby a stellar new DJ making his club debut. Oh yeah, and D!G!T! will be there too with some surprises in store!
Also any DJs interested in spinning at future parties, please submit your demo & info at the next event or send us an email at [email protected]. We have some tremendous bookings for headliners to be announced soon for the rest of the summer and we want to be sure we include all our talented locals on the lineups as well.
